Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our life coaching services. By engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of life coaching services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") by Family First Coaching, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Services are intended to provide guidance, support, and coaching to clients (hereinafter referred to as "Clients" or "you") for personal development and improvement.

2. Life Coaching Scope

The Company's life coaching services are not to be considered as a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice. Our services are designed to assist Clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their lives. While we will endeavor to provide valuable guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and ultimate responsibility for decisions lies with the Client.

3. Release of Liability

a. Assumption of Responsibility: By engaging in our Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions. The Company will not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken by you based on the guidance provided during coaching sessions or the online course.

b. Exclusion of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

c. Third-party Services: The Company may provide information or recommend third-party resources during coaching sessions. However, we do not assume responsibility for the content, actions, or services offered by third parties.

4. Confidentiality

a. Client Privacy: The Company will keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential. We will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

b. Exceptions: The Client acknowledges that there are legal exceptions to confidentiality, such as situations involving potential harm to oneself or others. In such cases, the Company may be obligated to disclose information to relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided as part of the Services, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and coaching resources, are the property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time if a Client engages in inappropriate behavior, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise disrupts the coaching process. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

7. No Refunds Policy

a. All Sales Final: We uphold a strict "all sales are final" policy. Once you have purchased our life coaching services, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the Services have been fully utilized or not.

b. No Exceptions: This no refunds policy applies to all Clients, and there will be no exceptions made under any circumstances.

8. Modification of Terms

The Company may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services after the modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
